1. Who is your favorite character in 2?

Grumpy, for sure. “Dreamy” was one of the best episodes of the season in my opinion and his has been my favorite back story. I also love his protectiveness and devotion to Snow. 

2. Who is your least favorite character in 1?

Captain Gates. Maybe because we don’t know too much about her back story yet. She does nothing but sit there and snarl. 

3. What’s your favorite episode of 4?

Last night’s season finale “Baby on Board”. I loved the interaction between Jay and Lily, the Dunphy’s were hilarious as usual. The scene between Cam-Mitchell when they realized they weren’t getting the baby was heartbreaking. So many emotions in one episode and not one moment was sappy or unnecessarily funny. 

4. What is your favorite season of 5?

Season 9 was perfection. It delved more into the Superman mythology and Lois had more screen time. “Savior” was probably one of my favorite episodes of television, period.

6. Who is your anti-relationship in 2?

Regina & David…just..ew. 

7. How long have you watched 1?

I Netflix’d the first and second seasons during Spring Break 2011 (I now own all three). I caught up with season 3 in time for the penultimate episode of that season. I’ve been hooked ever since. 

8. How did you become interested in 3?

A co-worker couldn’t stop talking about it and I had read a lot of positive reviews online. So, Spring Break 2012 I caught up with the season via Hulu. Honestly, I wasn’t completely interested until about episode 5. I didn’t feel like it was relatable but then I realized everyone has that dark feeling of revenge lurking inside of them. And Emily’s execution of her own revenge is completely badass. 

9. Who is your favorite actor in 4?

Nolan Gould sells the “idiot little brother” brilliantly. I love Sofia Vergara, she has great one-liners. 

10. Which show do you prefer 1, 2, or 5?

It’s a toss up between Castle and Smallville. Both have helped me through some tough times in their own right. But Castle has great story continuity and I LOVE Stana Katic’s commitment to her character. Also, there have been complete seasons of Smallville that I loathed, whereas each season of Castle I could re-watch and still be fully entertained. Can you tell which one I’m leaning towards?

11. Which show have you seen more episodes of 1 or 3?

I’ve watched every episode of each. I’ve re-watched more episodes of Castle, though. 

12. If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be?

Lily, just because she has the best parents on the show :)

13. How would you kill off any character in 5?

Lana should have died in that car explosion. Just sayin’. 

14. Would a 3/4 crossover work?

HA. I’d love to see an argument between Claire and Lois. Other than that, no. 

15. Pair two characters in 1 that would make an unlikely, but strangely okay couple.

Gates and Montgomery in Castle could have had something in the past. 

16. Overall, which show has the better cast, 3 or 5?

Tom Welling and Erica Durance are my absolute favorite adaptations of Lois/Clark. However, as far as ensemble, I say Revenge. Each character on that show is intriguing and the characters I’m supposed to hate, I adore. I also believe Emily’s vendetta. Season 2 is gonna be great. 

17. Which has the better theme music, 2 or 4?

Once Upon a Time. The chimes and violin gets me every time. It’s magical without being too Disney.

This theory says that there is more behind Nickelodeon’s Rugrats besides being a cute show for little kids to watch. In fact, some people are saying that the show has this whole psychological meaning behind it centering around Angelica having a psychotic break at the age of 3 after having too many traumatic accidents happen in her family at such a young age.

• All of the rugrats are a figment of Angelica’s imagination. Now that’s not so horrible by itself, but then we learn why Angelica made them up.
• Chuckie died with his mother in childbirth. This is why his dad is always so worried about him in the show.
• Tommy was stillborn, making his dad have some kind of break and sit in the basement to make toys for the son he was supposed to have.
• The DeVilles had an abortion. Angelica never found out if the baby was supposed to be a boy or a girl so she decided to make it twins. Then, she gave them matching names and personas because there probably would have been only one child if there was no abortion.
• The reason behind these delusions have been blamed on Angelica’s nonexistent relationship with her mother and her manipulative one with her father. Thus, Angelica had no one to turn to when she needed help dealing with the babies’ deaths and resorted to making up the lives they should have lived.

In All Grown Up, Angelica is a bipolar schizophrenic addicted to narcotics and heroin because they help her keep her delusions alive. At this point, we learn that Angelica’s biological mom died from a heroin overdose and Angelica’s disease because she’s a crack baby. Her real mom’s name was Cynthia, hence her doll’s name. The woman from “Rugrats” who was Angelica’s mother is really her gold-digging step-mom who Angelica idolized.

When “All Grown Up” was canceled, Angelica died of an overdose just like her mother.

Dil is the only baby who isn’t fictional. However, Angelica never accepted him as being real and accidentally hit him too hard while trying to make him go away once, resulting in brain damage. This is why he’s such an odd child in “All Grown Up.”

Suzie was actually Angelica’s friend. The theory says that she grew up to become a psychologist and joined the Nickelodeon team to invent the “Rugrats” TV show, finally explaining the origin of the theory.

I remember reading this a long time ago, and it still blows my fucking mind.

I came upon these two on the sidewalk. They were having a conversation. “Excuse me,” I said, addressing the girl: “I’m sorry to interrupt, but is there anyway I can take your photo?”

“Why would you want my photo?” she asked.

“Because you look beautiful,” I said. And she did. She was Sudanese. There is a very distinct beauty among people from the Sudan, and she was filled up with it. Suddenly the man cut in: 

“I was just telling her she was beautiful,” he said. 

Naively, I assumed I had just walked up on one stranger giving a compliment to another. I wanted to capture the moment. “Let me take your photograph together,” I said. The man seemed reluctant, he started smiling nervously and inching away. But the girl called him back. 

“Come take a picture with me,” she said. Encouraged by her attention, he returned. She put her arm around him, and I took the photo.

As I examined the photos on my camera, the man started whispering to the girl. She answered him in a loud voice: “I told you! I’m not that kind of girl.” She seemed agitated now. Finally sensing that I had misread the situation, I stepped between them. The man began hurrying down the sidewalk.

When the man left, the girl’s demeanor changed completely. She seemed shaken. Her eyes were tearing up. “He just offered me five hundred dollars to go out with him,” she said. “And then when I said ‘no,’ he offered me one thousand. Why does this always happen to me?”

“It happens a lot?” I asked.

“All the time,” she said. “I’m sorry I’m getting emotional. I just can’t go out of my house without this kind of thing happening. I have a son. I’m a mother. I would never degrade myself like that. I just don’t understand why this keeps happening.”

“Do you mind if I tell this story?” I asked.

“Please,” she said. “Tell it.”
